- Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 16, iOS 18 / Mac, macOS 14).
- Holler version (Settings ▸ About).
- The brand of speakers you're using (Chromecast / Nest, Sonos).
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Troubleshooting first steps
- Make sure your device and speakers are on the same Wi-Fi, then rescan in Settings ▸ Speakers.
- Check permissions: Microphone, Local Network, and (on Mac) Input Monitoring should be enabled for Holler.
- If a speaker doesn't appear, confirm it isn't on a separate guest or IoT network.
- If the hotkey doesn't work on Mac, re-grant Input Monitoring and relaunch.
