End User License Agreement

1. License
Holler is provided by brito.ai. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Holler on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use.
2. Restrictions
- Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute Holler for a fee without permission.
- Don't reverse engineer except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Don't use Holler to harass others or to broadcast audio to devices you don't have authorization to control.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you broadcast and for ensuring you have permission to play audio on the speakers you target. Use Holler in compliance with applicable laws, including those governing recording and notice.
4. No warranty
Holler is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Speaker compatibility and timing depend on third-party hardware and networks outside our control.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, brito.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use Holler.
6. Third-party services
Holler interacts with Sonos and Google Cast devices using their local interfaces. Those products are owned by their respective companies; this app is not endorsed by or affiliated with Sonos, Inc. or Google LLC.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
